Personalized Contact Data

To access the personalized contact data page, go to the personalized contact data, logo and colors page and click the Change link in the Personalized Contact Data section.

This screen allows you to fill out your personalized contact data. This data is typically used in the content of a message: Instead of including a specific contact information directly, for example a phone number, you include a placeholder for the personalized contact data. The value for this placeholder, e.g. the actual phone number, will be replaced by LISTSERV Maestro during delivery.

That way, you only have to change your contact data in one central place, here on the Personalized Contact Data screen, for example if your phone number changes. These changes will then automatically be reflected in the content of all mail jobs which use the placeholders for this data, without the need of editing these jobs individually.

The following contact data can be configured:

Name: Fill out with your name. This data field accepts only single-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyName}}.
Address: Fill out with your physical address. This data field accepts multi-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyAddress}}.
Phone: Fill out with your phone number. This data field accepts only single-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyPhone}}.
Email: Fill out with your email address. This data field accepts only single-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyEmail}}.
Website URL: Fill out with the URL of your website. This data field accepts only single-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyWebsiteURL}}.
Legal: Fill out with any legal text (for example copyright notes, disclaimers, etc.) that you would typically want to include in all your messages. This data field accepts multi-line input.
The placeholder for this data field in the message is {{*MyLegal}}.
