Good morning, 

The Midway Feedback Performance Review and Development (PRD) will launch in Workday on November 1, 2025. All PRD-eligible staff will receive a self-evaluation task in their Workday inbox. PRD Eligible Employees are exempt and non-exempt staff regular and staff contractual (C2). 

During this step, employees will complete their self-evaluation, and the manager will provide feedback and a midway performance rating. This is a required step of the PRD process.
