Dear ..., We are writing to follow up on the urgent notice we sent to you on Friday. We need to know your plans regarding Enhanced Health Precautions. We recognize that you might need additional time to talk with your family or trusted advisors. Please discuss this information and complete this form by not later than 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, Sunday, February 7. As you make your decision, please review the details in the La Plata Hall notification you received on Friday and consider the important information below. Departing Campus through February 15th For La Plata Hall residents who elect to depart campus, your residence hall swipe card access will be deactivated on Sunday at 5 p.m. Also, please keep in mind, you must limit and restrict your activities while off campus during this time period. Your residence hall, dining, and RecWell access will remain deactivated until 7:00 p.m. on February 15. Remaining in La Plata Hall For residents who choose to remain in La Plata Hall, Dining Services has made arrangements for a special meal pick up location and a designated La Plata Hall resident entrance at The Diner. You do not have access to any other dining halls, Stamp eateries, or convenience store locations during this time period. COVID-19 Testing Requirements
If you decide to go home until February 15, and you intend to depart tonight, you are not required to be tested before you depart campus. If you are here on Saturday during the designated testing time, you must be tested. The health, well-being, and safety of our community is our fundamental priority.
