Dear ..., We are writing to follow up on our note from Friday regarding Enhanced Health Precautions (EHP). Our records indicate that you have chosen to leave La Plata Hall for the 10-day EHP period. Please review the important information below carefully.
Residence Hall Card Access Your swipe card access to La Plata Hall will be deactivated as of 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2021, through 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2021. You will not be allowed to return to La Plata Hall during this time period for any reason so please plan accordingly.
Behavioral Expectations Although you have chosen to depart campus for this period of time, your compliance with the expectations listed below is still essential. Please remember:
Support and Assistance Case managers will be available via Webex Video Conferencing for residents of LaPlata Hall to answer questions and offer support during the Enhanced Health Precautions period. These case management sessions are available only to La Plata residents and the meeting information provided should not be shared with anyone outside the La Plata community. COVID-19 Testing Requirements Whether on or off-campus, students are required to be tested for COVID-19 every two weeks. Continue to follow these testing requirements during this EHP period.
What if my plans have changed? Students who elected to depart campus may not return until after 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2021.
Please refer to the email you received on Friday, February 5th, for additional information. Please take care and know that we are here for you.
